Job summary

Bridge Specialty Group in Madison, WI seeks an Associate Broker – Small Business Unit to support retention and growth for the SBU. You will help agents nationwide with service, policy explanations, and relationship management to renew and grow book of business.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration, data accuracy, and proactive client contact, with industry license required and knowledge of EPIC/Salesforce. Join a growing team that values outcomes and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active state insurance license.
• 2+ years of commercial property & casualty insurance experience.
• Experience with EPIC, Salesforce, or equivalent management systems.

Responsibilities

• Retain clients and deliver exceptional service, explaining policy coverage, advantages and disadvantages.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional service with inquiries on coverage, changes, claims and billing.
• Support and lead the service team to meet monthly and yearly production goals.
• Maintain accurate records in the management database system.
• Establish payment arrangements and assist with premium collection per agency guidelines.
• Review policies and quotes for accuracy before sending to agents.
• Manage retention of existing and new business using spreadsheets and company databases.
• Provide backup for teammates in data entry, marketing and QA.
• Be available remotely during non-scheduled hours to ensure client retention.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control guidelines.
