You will support sales and service teams in evaluating client and prospect needs, prepare documentation, and ensure accurate processing of submissions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new business and renewal submissions.
• Prepare proof of insurance and auto ID cards.
• Review MVRs and support accuracy of applications.
• Process account changes and update the agency system.
• Maintain account accuracy across submissions, policies, and invoicing.
• Support proposals and client presentations.
• Manage workflows and activities.
• Contribute to retention of the book of business.
• Collaborate with agency personnel, clients, and vendors.
• Pursue ongoing education and industry knowledge.
