Job summary

Spiro is seeking an Associate Account Director to join our Sales team in the United States. This role focuses on existing account retention and growth, partnering with Creative and Operations to deliver exceptional client service and drive program success.

You will identify growth opportunities within current portfolios and develop effective plans to penetrate them. Responsibilities include client meetings to define goals, coordinating with creative to meet budgets, and ensuring timely,

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing client relationships with at least 3–5 years preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with creative and operations teams to deliver on client goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with clients to define marketing goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop solutions within client budgets.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and meet requirements.
• Monitor project costs to ensure financial plans are met.
• Coordinate with show management, vendors, and partners for timely, compliant delivery.
• Maintain clear client communications including timelines and progress.
