Job summary

Spiro is seeking an Account Manager for a fully remote role within the United States. You will partner with Account Executives to support client relationships, coordinate show programs, and deliver on-time, on-budget projects across multiple events.

Responsibilities include contract prep, materials, cross-department coordination, on-site support, and post-show analysis, with up to 35% travel and evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Convention and trade show industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and consultatively with clients.
• Travel up to 35%.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage details relative to client's convention program and contracts.
• Prepare marketing materials for presentations, data requests and other special projects.
• Coordinate with all internal departments on show planning and materials.
• Coordinate the production process and manage projects as needed.
• Attend updates and verify information with Operations Managers.
• Consolidate and reconcile all work orders.
• Provide on-site support and post-show documentation as necessary.
• Regularly report time and provide status updates.
