Responsibilities

• Complete month-end and month-opening reports.
• Submit TRACS.
• Post and reconcile subsidy payments.
• Process and post invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Assist with resident recertifications, move-ins, and other occupancy functions when operational needs require additional support.
