St. Cecilia’s House & Robert McBride House is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the property which consists of 140 units. Responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable, resident file management, recertifications, waitlist administration, move-ins, resident relations, and compliance with HUD and company requirements. The Assistant Property Manager will assist with maintaining accurate records, processing invoices in Yardi, coordinating with vendors and contractors, supporting occupancy goals, and working collaboratively with residents, maintenance staff, resident services, and corporate teams to support the overall success of the property.
