Job summary

Maloney Properties is seeking a full-time Occupancy Specialist to manage a 360-unit family housing portfolio in Dorchester and Roxbury, MA. Work hours are 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday–Friday, with some evenings and weekends as needed. You will ensure annual and interim recertifications and support move-ins/move-outs.

Responsibilities include rent collections, resident support, and light administrative tasks. Strong communication, EL/ES bilingual skills preferred, and experience with LIHTC/HOME/PB

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with recertification processes and LIHTC/HOME/PB Section 8 regulations.
• EIV experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure households are recertified annually and interim in accordance with program rules.
• Process move-ins/move-outs and assist with rent collections.
• Provide resident support and handle filing and data entry.
