DLB Associates seeks a People Manager, MEP Design to lead a cross‑discipline remote team across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. You will manage day‑to‑day performance, coaching, and career growth while shaping onboarding and team workflows to scale talent in a fully remote environment.

Ideal candidates bring a substantive MEP background with strong people leadership and a proven ability to build cohesive, high‑performing distributed teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
• Demonstrated track record leading, developing, and evaluating early‑ career staff.
• Strong remote collaboration and effective communication in distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day people management for a cross‑discipline MEP team in a fully remote setting.
• Establish remote team culture, accountability, and transparent communication.
• Develop growth plans and accelerate development of entry‑level staff.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑ones and performance reviews with direct reports.
• Coordinate workloads and refine onboarding for new team members.
