We are seeking a candidate with 3–5 years in affordable housing, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a collaborative approach to work with nonprofit, governmental, and private partners to advance development projects and funding applications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in affordable housing or related field.
• Strong analytical, language, and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented and mission-driven to create affordable housing.
• Enjoys collaborating with nonprofit, governmental, and for‑profit partners.

Responsibilities

• Supports work of D&A Project Managers to assist multiple client organizations in developing multifamily affordable housing.
• Time-tracking in the timekeeping system and scheduling client meetings with agendas and minutes.
• Drafts project narratives for financing applications and manages documents and files.
• Assists in engaging development team members and coordinating with design, legal, and other project members.
• Creates and revises development and operating pro forma packages for LIHTC and other funding sources.
