Job summary

LeoForce in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead LIHTC‑focused affordable housing developments from pre‑development through completion. You will oversee feasibility, entitlements, financing, design, and construction with collaboration across finance, consulting, and construction teams.

The role requires 5+ years in affordable housing, LIHTC project management, and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in affordable housing development.
• Proven experience managing LIHTC projects (ground-up or substantial rehab).
• Strong understanding of the LIHTC financing process, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with public agencies, tax credit investors, and funding partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
