Real Projectives® is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project managers across tenant improvements, renovations, and new developments. You will help plan, track budgets, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings with internal and external teams, including vendors.

The role emphasizes precise, high-quality output and timely communication. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, fluent English, and a willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction, real estate, or architecture or equivalent work experience.
• Continuous learning demonstrated through training or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers to plan, execute and control projects.
• Maintain project financial tracker spreadsheet.
• Coordinate and attend project meetings and site visits; prepare minutes.
• Review progress documentation and forecast outcomes.
• Travel to sites for progress observations and knowledge.
