Job summary

National Power, LLC seeks an Assistant Program Manager to oversee all aspects of OSP service for a large telecommunications customer. You will coordinate subcontractors and internal technicians, manage PM tickets, and ensure timely repairs and invoicing, under the Senior Director of the Broadband division.

The ideal candidate brings experience managing large telecom service contracts, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, remote environment while maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Superior organizational skills and experience managing teams of service providers.
• Excellent customer service skills, including verbal and written communication, phone and email etiquette.
• Ability to work well in a changing work environment.
• Advanced knowledge of English language.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, especially Excel.
• Adept at using remote web applications and services.
• Proven team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and internal technicians to execute the preventative maintenance contract throughout the territory.
• Track open PM tickets and communicate status to customer.
• Coordinate repairs with Program Manager to restore service and schedule repairs.
• Review/approve invoices from subcontractors for preventive maintenance services.
• Maintain knowledge of customer ticketing system and MOP process.
• Maintain preventative maintenance reports for customer review.
• Report all financial information weekly to customers and for invoicing.
