Job summary

National Power, LLC is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to oversee all aspects of OSP service for a large telecommunications customer. The role involves coordinating subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring quality, and maintaining weekly financial reporting from a remote work setup.

Ideal candidate has prior experience managing large telecom service contracts, strong customer service skills, and the ability to adapt in a changing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Experience managing teams of service providers (self-perform and/or subcontractors).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel; comfortable with remote web apps.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and internal technicians across geographic territory.
• Track open PM tickets and communicate status to customer.
• Coordinate repairs with Program Manager and schedule them.
• Review invoices from subcontractors for PM services.
• Maintain preventative maintenance reports and provide weekly financial information.
