Job summary

National Power, LLC is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to oversee all aspects of service for a large telecommunications customer's outside plant (OSP) needs. You will report to the Director of the Managed Services division and coordinate subcontractors and internal technicians across a geographic territory.

The ideal candidate brings prior experience managing large telecom service contracts, with a commitment to superior customer service and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Experience managing teams of service providers and subcontractors.
• Excellent customer service, verbal/written communication, and professional etiquette.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and internal technicians to execute preventative maintenance contracts.
• Track open PM tickets and communicate status to customer.
• Coordinate repairs with Program Manager to restore service.
• Review invoices from subcontractors for maintenance services.
• Know the customer ticketing system and MOP process.
• Maintain preventative maintenance reports for customer review.
• Provide weekly financial information for customers and invoicing.
