Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Assistant General Counsel for Archimedes in Missouri. The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and oversees a team of attorneys and paralegals providing day-to-day legal support for Archimedes.

The attorney will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, manage licensing and regulatory requirements, and provide legal counsel on contracts, employment law, IP, and regulatory matters to shape organizational strategy.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent degree from ABA-accredited law school required.
• License to practice law in at least one US state; Wisconsin license preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in legal roles.
• Direct experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or health insurance industry required.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide analysis and counsel on contracts, statutes, regulations, products, employment law, IP, and financial offerings.
• Lead Archimedes legal team, ensuring compliance with laws and Navitus’ mission.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and maintain templates.
• Manage licensing and regulatory requirements; advise on strategic initiatives from a legal perspective.
• Review policies and procedures related to Archimedes legal needs.
