Inception Fertility is seeking an Assistant Director of Revenue Cycle Management - Network Billing to lead charge capture, coding, and billing teams across multiple clinics. This role ensures accurate coding, timely billing, and proper payment while guiding AR recovery and denials prevention.

You will serve as acting leader when the Director is unavailable. The role requires strong CPT/HCPCS knowledge, extensive billing experience in multi-site settings, and proven remote team leadership.

Qualifications

• Must hold a certified coder credential such as AAPC.
• 5+ years of medical billing experience in a clinic or physician practice setting.
• 5+ years leading large, remote, multi-site teams.
• Deep knowledge of CPT and HCPCS code sets including modifiers, bundling/unbundling, E/M, lab, ASC codes.
• Familiarity with claim edits, clearinghouses, and billing/EMR platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead the charge entry, coding, and billing teams across clinics and central RCM department.
• Ensure encounters are coded and charged accurately and compliantly before claims are sent.
• Build and maintain daily charge reconciliation and month-end close routines.
• Investigate coding-related denials and fix root causes.
• Run quarterly coding and charge entry audits and update workflows with payer changes.
• Analyze charge trends and standardize best practices across the network.
• Collaborate with clinic leaders, physicians, Finance, IT, and vendors to resolve billing issues and improve systems.
• Support AR recovery, KPI tracking, and leadership reporting.
