Job summary

MEDTEAM, a division of Harris Computer, seeks an Assistant Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead billing, collections, AR, coding, and denials for client organizations.

This remote role supports clients across the US with up to 25% travel, preferably in EST/CST time zones. You will work with leadership to drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and achieve operational and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle services, hospital environment.
• 3+ years in leadership roles and knowledge of multiple EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop frontline managers, team leads, and staff across revenue cycle functions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet performance standards and service levels.
• Drive process improvements and automation within revenue cycle workflows.
• Maintain client relationships and provide performance updates to leadership.
• Ensure CMS payer rules, billing and coding compliance, and quality assurance.
• Monitor KPIs and financial outcomes; prepare dashboards for leadership.
