Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• CPA active or inactive status is required.
• Experience in managing accounting teams is important.
• Experience with end-to-end accounting operations and audits is needed.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations including monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Coordinate with auditors to ensure efficient audits and strong controls.
• Manage treasury activities: daily cash, forecasting, bank relations, covenants.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management with leadership.
• Develop and mentor accounting staff to build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate on financial strategy, processes, and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
