Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience owning and delivering complex, technical products in autonomy, robotics, mobility, or other real-time operational systems.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Experience with engineering, operations, safety, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end systems.
• Experience with human-in-the-loop, remote operations, dispatch, control center, or other real-time decision-making workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Uber's remote assistance platform.
• Define the end-to-end remote assistance system, including operator tooling, escalation triggers, decision boundaries, and handoffs.
• Build a scalable platform that supports multiple partner integrations, vehicle platforms, and regional requirements.
• Partner with engineering and autonomy teams to define interfaces, data flows, latency, and reliability requirements.
• Design operator workflows, staffing assumptions, training inputs, and quality processes for day-to-day execution.
• Establish metrics to evaluate safety, intervention quality, latency, and rider impact.
• Collaborate with safety, legal, and policy teams to define guardrails and incident review processes.
• Drive launch readiness for new partners, features, and geographies.
• Use field learnings to prioritize roadmap improvements and reduce unnecessary interventions.
• Communicate strategy and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
