Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Autonomous Mobility & Delivery Experience to shape end-to-end rider experiences with autonomous technology. You’ll translate complex capabilities into intuitive flows and collaborate across product, engineering, operations, research, and data science.

You’ll own the end-to-end journey from discovery to completion, balance user needs with business goals, and advocate for the user in a fast-paced, global-scale environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional product design experience across consumer products.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and exceptional craft.
• Strong product thinking balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI-first design workflows and high-quality prototyping.
• Strong communication and storytelling with cross-functional partners and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences across the autonomous rider journey from discovery to completion.
• Shape product strategy alongside Product, Engineering, Operations, Research, Data Science, and partners.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into simple, intuitive customer experiences.
