Job summary

Uber is seeking a Program Lead for AV Remote Assistance Operations Enablement to drive operational readiness and execution quality across the Remote Assistance program. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics and Safety to ensure readiness and sustained performance.

• Own launch execution with readiness checklists, trackers, risk registers, logs.
• Build operating cadences with weekly reviews and cross-functional meetings.
• Manage performance metrics using operational data to drive recommendations.
• Own change management coordinating with Product, Engineering, Operations, Training, Analytics, Safety and external partners.
