Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years working with customers in project management, program management, or professional services.
• Strong operational, project management, and communication/presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer-facing architect for Accruent Asset Solutions implementations.
• Translate customer requirements into proposals, statements of work, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Commercial Sales and Delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality engagements.
• Prepare and present solution designs, methodologies, and best practices during pre-sales and delivery phases.
• Travel up to 25% to visit customers and partners, and participate in tradeshows/conferences.
