Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers and developing product teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product strategy for Maintenance and Field portfolios.
• Lead a global team of Product Managers and develop talent.
• Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive value.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into roadmaps and investments.
