Job summary

GPC is seeking an Asset Protection Compliance Manager to oversee inventory reconciliation, IWO, and PWRI programs, ensuring audit-ready processes and accurate financial adjustments. You will lead cross-functional teams, automate workflows with Microsoft tools, and deliver KPI-focused reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in asset protection or related fields, with strong analytical and communication skills. Remote work from GA is supported, with occasional travel for audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in asset protection, inventory control, compliance, or related areas.
• 2+ years leading or training teams with demonstrated performance leadership.
• Experience supporting inventory processes, financial reconciliation, and audits preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory controls, reconciliation, and risk identification.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory scheduling and reconciliation processes across multiple locations.
• Analyze data to identify and resolve inventory file discrepancies.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and Microsoft 365 solutions for KPI and compliance reporting.
• Respond to audit inquiries with accurate data and documentation.
• Monitor annual inventory counts, post-inventory recaps, and related compliance documentation.
• Oversee IWO scheduling, site changes, acquisitions, and new locations for reconciliation.
