Genuine Parts Company seeks an Asset Protection Compliance Manager to lead inventory compliance, reconciliation, financial reporting, and process automation across IWO and PWRI programs. You will oversee scheduling, data validation, and reporting while partnering with Store Support and business stakeholders.

You will develop Microsoft 365 workflows and Power BI dashboards, provide training to Store Operations Analysts, ensure audit-ready documentation, and drive timely, accurate inventory

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in asset protection, inventory control, compliance, reconciliation, or related field.
• 2+ years leading or training teams and driving performance.
• Experience supporting inventory processes, financial reconciliation, audit inquiries, and cross-functional programs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory controls, reconciliation, and risk identification.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Manage inventory scheduling and related processes, including schedule maintenance and coordination with Replenishment.
• Provide technical support and analyze data to resolve inventory file discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI) for KPI and compliance reporting.
• Respond to audit inquiries and provide supporting evidence for inventory files and reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory counts, recaps, and related documentation for audit readiness.
• Manage IWO schedule and communicate date changes, track acquisitions and new/closed locations.
• Validate data and monitor GL values to support year-end reconciliation.
• Oversee invoice validation, payment processes, and third-party service billing.
• Provide leadership and training to Store Operations Analysts to strengthen knowledge and execution.
