Genuine Parts Company is seeking an Asset Protection Compliance Manager to lead inventory compliance, reconciliation, and financial reporting across IWO and PWRI programs. You will develop automation solutions using Microsoft tools, validate data, and provide training to Store Operations Analysts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in asset protection, inventory control, or related fields.
• 2+ years leading or developing teams with a track record of execution.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inventory scheduling and associated processes; coordinate with Replenishment.
• Provide technical support and analyze data to resolve inventory file discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft-based workflow and reporting solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI).
• Respond to audit inquiries related to inventory files, data discrepancies, and supporting evidence.
• Monitor annual inventory count, post-inventory recaps and related documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage IWO schedule, track acquisitions, new locations, and store closures to ensure proper reconciliation scheduling.
• Oversee invoice validation, payments, and third-party service billing activities; support year-end reconciliation.
