Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking an Asset Protection Compliance Manager to lead inventory reconciliation, IWO, and PWRI program activities. You will develop Microsoft-based workflow and reporting solutions and partner with Store Support and business stakeholders.

You will provide leadership, training, and ongoing support to Store Operations Analysts while ensuring audit-ready documentation, timely financial adjustments, and accurate reporting across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/asset protection or related field.
• 5+ years in asset protection, inventory control, compliance, or related areas.
• 2+ years leading or developing teams with demonstrated performance.
• Experience supporting inventory processes, financial reconciliation, and audit inquiries.
• Strong knowledge of inventory controls, reconciliation, and risk identification.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across Store Support, Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and data/reporting tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory scheduling and associated processes, incl. schedule maintenance and date changes.
• Provide technical support and use data analysis to resolve inventory file discrepancies.
• Develop, manage, and maintain Microsoft solutions supporting KPI and compliance reporting.
• Research and respond to audit inquiries related to inventory data and discrepancies.
• Monitor completion and compliance of annual inventory counts and related docs.
• Manage IWO schedule and communicate date changes to Store Support; track locations.
• Perform IWO data validation to ensure reconciling locations.
• Oversee invoice validation, payment processes, and third-party billing activities.
• Provide leadership and training to Store Operations Analysts to strengthen execution.
