Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) seeks an Asset Manager to support portfolio operations across multifamily assets. This management-track role combines operational leadership with financial oversight, requiring collaboration with onsite and third-party teams to drive performance.

The ideal candidate is process- and analytics-oriented, with strong Excel skills, the ability to delegate, establish accountability, and deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of property management experience in multifamily or mixed portfolios.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and accountability.
• Advanced Excel skills, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Experience developing or implementing SOPs, workflows, controls, and checklists.
• Ability to travel across Texas markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily team coordination across onsite and third‑party teams.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and development of leasing, administrative, and property staff.
• Conduct portfolio reviews to monitor operational readiness, brand standards, safety, and performance.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor, and property workflows with effective controls.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and expense controls.
• Develop and maintain Excel/Google Sheets dashboards and KPI trackers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly property, asset, and financial reports for ownership.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Draft and improve SOPs, checklists, and internal controls.
• Travel to assigned Texas markets as required.
