Job summary

Alliance Residential is seeking an Asset Manager to join the Development Asset Management team to proactively manage assets with a focus on reports, analysis, budgeting, and financing to maximize value and tenant satisfaction.

Key duties include monitoring asset performance, preparing detailed reports for senior management and investors, coordinating budgets and forecasts, reviewing capital expenditures and contracts, and collaborating with development teams on property transactions.

Qualifications

• Able to perform intermediate mathematical functions.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze performance of multifamily assets, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize occupancy, rental rates, and overall asset value.
• Conduct conference calls between Alliance and ownership group as necessary but no less than quarterly.
• Prepare and present detailed asset reports to senior management and investors, highlighting performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
• Provide detailed annual budget for Alliance and ownership group and forecast quarterly.
• Analyze and approve all capital expenditures.
• Review and approve reserve draw requests, depository accounts, operations accounts, and vendor contracts.
• Oversee property management teams to ensure efficient operations and tenant services.
• Collaborate with development and construction teams on property transactions including due diligence.
• Any other tasks assigned or directed.
