Successful, growing Real Estate Management company is seeking a full time Asset Manager with experience in Residential Multifamily Properties. Opportunity to join a great team with significant opportunities for growth.

Job requires oversight of property managers and day-to-day operations which will include the review of monthly reports, income and financial statements, etc. Two days a week traveling is required on most weeks. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business plans including investment objectives, compliance goals, marketing positioning, team, asset quality, and financial goals and objectives.
• Perform on‑site property visits and conduct property reviews to evaluate performance.
• Help create, implement, and follow‑up on any corrective action plans for deficiencies found at the property.
• Proactively create new initiatives to further enhance property performance.
• Review of monthly and annual financial statements.
