Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in operations or related fields, excel in communication, and can develop SOPs, workflows, and dashboards to optimize asset performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, real estate, project support, or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability with high attention to detail and quality.
• Tech‑savvy and able to learn new systems quickly (PM software, dashboards, portals, AI prompting).
• Process‑oriented mindset with ability to translate direction into actionable steps.
• Comfortable working hands‑on in a dynamic, operational setting.
• Exposure to real estate, property management, multifamily operations, HOA/association mgmt.
• Experience building SOPs, workflows, or checklists.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, dashboards, or PM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspections, compliance checks, resident communications, and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure leasing activity, maintenance, and resident services align with best‑practice operations.
• Maintain data accuracy, dashboards, resident information, and performance records.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SOPs, process maps, workflows, and checklists.
• Identify gaps in processes and propose efficiency improvements.
• Monitor routine tasks for consistency and timely execution.
• Support senior leadership with coordination, follow‑ups, scheduling, and tracking.
• Prepare decks, summaries, and process documentation aligned with goals.
• Organize interdepartmental communication and on‑time deliverables.
• Track compliance across affordable housing programs and audits as needed.
• Maintain 100% documentation accuracy across operational files.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, maintenance, and accounting.
• Support onboarding workflows with templates and guides.
