Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks an Asset Analyst to ensure full lifecycle accountability and compliance for government and company assets, safeguarding contract performance through tracking, documentation, and audit readiness.

You will support asset management (hardware, software, licenses), maintain IUID tags, and conduct monthly and quarterly inventory audits, with remote/Arizona location and active Secret clearance requirement.

Qualifications

• Accountability, asset tracking, audit readiness requirements.
• Experience with asset management (hardware, software, licenses) and tagging.
• US Citizenship and active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for installed assets to ensure markings and unique record identification are documented.
• Implements asset management (hardware, software including licenses) within TENM as part of a team.
• Maintains IUID tags and uploads into PIEE.
• Supports internal reviews, surveillances, self-assessments, and audits to ensure accountability and lawful use of property.
• Tracks government property, fixed assets, non-capitalized, and leased assets from acquisition through disposition.
• Performs monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits.
