- Support installed assets by ensuring required markings, tagging, and unique record identification are completed and documented
- Implement hardware, software, warranty tracker, and license asset management within TENM as part of a team
- Maintain IUID tags and upload records into PIEE
- Support internal reviews, surveillances, self-assessments, and audits
- Track government property, fixed assets, non-capitalized assets, and leased assets from acquisition through disposition
- Prepare asset management reports for contractual, governmental, and internal requirements
- Perform monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits
- Safeguard contract performance through lifecycle asset accountability, compliance, tracking, documentation, and audit readiness
Requirements
- BS/BA Degree
- 2 to 5 years of related experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
- Skills in accountability, fixed assets, and inventory audits
- Ability to support government and company asset compliance and audit readiness
- Ability to work with hardware, software, licenses, IUID tags, PIEE, and TENM
- 40 scheduled weekly hours
