General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an Asset Analyst to support our government client by managing assets across their lifecycle, ensuring proper tagging, unique identification, and documentation to safeguard contract performance. The role emphasizes asset tracking, audits, reporting, and compliance with security requirements.

This position is remote in Arizona and requires an Active Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 2 to 5 years of related experience.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for installed assets to ensure markings/tagging and unique record identification of each asset.
• Implements asset management within TENM as part of a team.
• Maintains IUID tags and uploads into PIEE.
• Supports internal reviews, surveillances, self-assessments, and audits to ensure accountability.
• Tracks government property, fixed assets, non-capitalized assets, and leased assets from acquisition through disposition.
• Conducts asset management reporting and performs monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits.
