Job summary

Prometric seeks an Assessment Design Specialist to join the Assessment Design team within Assessment Services. You will manage a portfolio of client projects and ensure development activities meet industry standards, working remotely with occasional travel.

Key duties include partnering with clients to set goals, applying measurement theory, conducting job analyses and standard settings, writing technical reports, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to schedule work and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent work experience in education, measurement, or related field.
• 3+ years in the test development industry preferred; strong knowledge of validity theory and measurement concepts.
• Experience facilitating job analyses and standard setting workshops, both in-person and remote.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to establish goals and develop in-year test development activity schedules.
• Conduct job analyses and standard settings per industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, and Client Advocacy in proposal development and meetings.
• Represent Assessment Services in client and internal meetings and ensure work meets standards.
• Ensure quality of work products and adherence to schedules and deadlines.
• Develop planning documents and technical reports for clients.

Education
