Prometric is seeking an Assessment Development Manager to lead a team of Assessment Development Specialists responsible for creating and maintaining certification, licensure, and K-12 assessments. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and program management across multiple clients.

You will guide blueprint development, item writing, and form assembly while ensuring compliance with psychometric standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, measurement, psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years in assessment development or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or project leadership experience.
• Knowledge of psychometric principles and industry standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor team members to support growth.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
• Manage workload and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with psychometrics, publishing, PMO, and clients.
• Ensure assessments meet specifications and client expectations.
• Support accreditation, compliance, and audit activities.
