Job summary

Prometric is seeking a Manager, Assessment Development to lead a team of assessment development specialists. You will guide blueprint development, item writing, form assembly, and program management for certification, licensure, and K-12 assessments.

Based remotely with occasional travel, you will collaborate with psychometrics, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, standards, and timely delivery of assessment programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, measurement, psychology, or related field.
• Five+ years of experience in assessment development or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership or project leadership experience.
• Knowledge of psychometrics and industry standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor team members for growth.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Assign and monitor work to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage workload and resources across projects.
• Collaborate with psychometrics, publishing, PMO, and clients.
• Provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support accreditation, compliance, and audits.
