Job summary

Prometric LLC’s Assessment Services team seeks an Assessment Design Specialist to manage client testing programs, applying measurement theory and industry standards in design and development.

Responsibilities include job analyses, standard setting, cross-functional collaboration, and client meetings. Travel up to 20% may be required; strong communication and reporting skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in education/measurement.
• Experience in test development or related assessment fields.
• Ability to facilitate job analyses and standard settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to set goals and develop in-year test development activity schedules.
• Conduct job analyses and standard settings according to industry best practices.
• Partner with Business Development, Sales, and Client Advocacy in proposals and meetings.
• Represent Assessment Services in client and internal meetings.
• Ensure quality of work products aligns with standards and timelines.
• Coordinate tasks to meet contractual deadlines and budgets.
• Develop planning documents and technical reports for clients.
• Coordinate and complete project activities within timelines.
• Become proficient in Prometric’s internal platforms.
• Follow procedures and comply with item security practices.
• Facilitate in-person and web meetings with clients and SMEs.
• Support accreditation, compliance, and audit activities.
