Job summary

International Executive Service Corps is seeking a Flex Interpreter to provide high quality American Sign Language interpreting via video in a call center setting. The role requires fluent ASL and English, accurate interpretation, and adherence to the NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Interpreters will participate in a 6-week scheduling cycle (15 hours) with telehealth benefits and potential onsite work as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English required.
• Accurate interpretation skills required.
• Good understanding of Deaf culture expected.
• Knowledge of NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct required.
• Three to five years interpreting experience preferred.
• State licensure of credentials where applicable.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

• Provide effective video relay service and video remote interpreting for consumers.

• Deliver excellent customer service with a respectful, professional attitude.
