Job summary

International Executive Service Corps seeks an Interpreter to provide high quality American Sign Language interpreting via video in a call-center setting. The role requires fluent ASL and spoken English, accurate interpreting, and strong knowledge of the NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Interpreters work 15 hours over a six-week schedule with benefits including a 401(k) plan with employer match and an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Must have fluent American Sign Language and spoken English.
• Knowledge of and adherence to the NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• Interpreting skills assessment will be required.
• 18 years or older.
• Three to five years interpreting experience preferred but not required.

• Provide high quality video relay service and video remote interpreting for consumers.
• Support and model the company’s mission and values.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
• Maintain timely and accurate record keeping.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and company policies.
