Job summary

Purple Communications, Inc. is seeking a skilled ASL interpreter to provide high-quality video interpreting services through our call-center platform. The role requires fluent ASL and English, accurate interpretation, and adherence to the NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Interpreters must pass an assessment, complete a 40-hour new hire training, and maintain professional conduct at all times. Remote video interpreting may be available, with onsite work offered based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English required.
• Able to provide accurate interpretation.
• Good understanding of Deaf culture.
• Adherence to NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• 3–5 years interpreting experience preferred.
• State licensure of state-required credentials, if applicable.
• Must be 18 years or older.
