After initial on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan, you will assist field technicians from home, handling automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment system issues.

Qualifications

• Must have five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or able to obtain within six months with reimbursement).
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound/outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems.
• Provide expert help on domestic vehicle repairs from a home office.
• Utilize latest technical data and repair strategies with team guidance.
