Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. is hiring ASE-Certified Auto Technicians to support a domestic OEM brand from a home-based setup in Wisconsin. Initial on-site training will take place in Saginaw, Michigan. You will assist field service technicians via calls, chats and emails, focusing on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain and infotainment systems.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or obtain within 6 months with reimbursement)
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Valid driver's license
• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, retail, etc.)
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday with 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Central time
• Wisconsin resident and able to work from home with on-site training in Michigan

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound and outbound phone calls, chat, and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems.
• Complete initial training program in Saginaw, Michigan to support from home office.
• Access latest technical data and repair strategies with guidance from colleagues and leaders.
• Seek opportunities for career growth within the Morley team.
