Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. is seeking ASE-Certified Auto Technicians for a remote support role based in Kentucky.

You will assist field service technicians by phone, chat and email, focusing on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems, after completing initial on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan. Work Mon-Fri 11am-8pm ET / 10am-7pm CT, with no weekends, and enjoy a benefits package including health, dental, vision and life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off and holidays, all

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five+ years of recent mechanic experience in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or eligible for reimbursement within six months).
• Valid driver’s license.
• One+ year of customer service experience.
• Shifts: Mon–Fri, 11:00–20:00 ET / 10:00–19:00 CT; no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound/outbound calls, chat and email.
• Specialize in EVs, engines, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems.
• Training in Saginaw, MI before supporting from home.
• Access latest data and repair strategies with team guidance.
