Job summary

Surgical Information Systems (SIS) seeks an Associate Implementation/Onboarding Consultant to guide customers through SIS Complete deployments. You will configure applications, perform project management tasks, and train end users while coordinating with client teams and SIS partners.

Role requires healthcare/ASC exposure, SAAS implementation experience, strong communication, and the ability to work remotely with up to 75% travel; in-office presence may be required three days per week depending

Qualifications

• Exposure to healthcare industry, ASC industry preferred.
• Exposure to SAAS software implementations.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills across all levels of an organization.
• Ability to teach end users in a friendly manner and motivate learning.
• Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with application configuration based on user needs and industry standards.
• Learn and perform project management tasks to guide clients through the project life cycle.
• Train administrative and end users on the SIS Complete application.
• Collaborate with project teams (client, vendors, SIS) to establish business and clinical requirements.
• Review processes and procedures for kickoff, milestones, training, reporting, and issue tracking.
