Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Learning & Development professional to lead Aruba Networking certification content and exams. The role focuses on creating customer-focused materials, workshop management, and project coordination with SMEs, labs, and vendors in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

The successful candidate will drive certification strategy, examine exam blueprints, develop hands-on exercises, and guide candidates with clear learning paths while collaborating

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing technical content.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to research complex technical concepts independently and with others.
• Experience using AI tools to scale content without sacrificing quality.
• Hands-on experience with networking technologies (routing, switching, security, automation, VMs, containers, cloud services).

Responsibilities

• Certification Program Development & Workshop Management: plan, staff, and participate in certification workshops.
• Exam Blueprint & Content Development: create and maintain exam blueprints and items; consolidate items into a reusable bank.
• Expert-Level Exam Development: design master topologies and lab environments for exams; validate tasks.
• Quality Assurance & Exam Maintenance: review performance data and coordinate updates.
• Learning Content & Project Management: develop self-study bundles and courseware; manage content delivery projects.
• Candidate & Stakeholder Support: advise on learning paths and exams; assist in certification operations.
