Job summary

You will translate complex networking concepts into accessible content and collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure accuracy.

The role emphasizes hands-on product familiarity, adherence to content standards, and leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years creating technical documentation, courseware, or customer education content.
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent networking certifications/experience.
• Strong technical writing skills to produce accurate, user-friendly content.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain customer-facing training content.
• Create comprehensive materials: concepts, tasks, guides, illustrations, video scripts, modules, and in-product docs.
• Develop content for HPE Networking cloud services, automation, and networking solutions.
