Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP seeks a Senior Certification Operations Manager to lead the planning, development, launch, maintenance, and retirement of certification programs. The role involves coordinating with vendors, platforms, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and a high-quality candidate experience.

You will manage roadmaps, release schedules, and operational processes while ensuring compliance with policies and accessibility requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Education, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years in certification operations or related field.
Experience with certification tools and testing providers (e.g., Pearson VUE, Credly, Alpine Cert Metrics).
Experience managing external vendors or service providers.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project/program management tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee certification programs lifecycle from planning to retirement.
Develop certification roadmaps, release schedules, project plans, and processes.
Coordinate activities across internal teams and external service providers.
Monitor milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and performance; drive improvements.
Support candidate-facing procedures, policies, and inquiries.
