Job summary

Crozier Fine Arts, part of Iron Mountain, seeks a talented Project Manager to lead complex special projects from planning to execution. You will collaborate across internal teams and with external partners to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires 2–3 years PM experience, supervisory exposure, rigging knowledge, and the ability to read engineering drawings. Travel occasionally; remote East Coast with some onsite travel.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in Project Management, delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• 1 year experience in Supervisory Capacity.
• 1-3 years Rigging experience and ability to create rigging plans.
• Knowledge of project estimation, time/materials, WBS, and reading engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage project activities; track progression, mitigate risks, ensure project success.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship across the organization.
• Collaborate with departments and external partners to meet client expectations and ensure compliance.
• Develop proposals and pathways to maintain profitability and manage dependencies.
• Manage costs and ensure on-budget delivery; review invoices for accuracy.
