Job summary

Crozier Fine Arts, part of Iron Mountain, is seeking a talented, client-driven Project Manager to join our Special Projects Team. You will oversee and execute a variety of complex projects, from initial planning to final implementation, coordinating with internal groups and external partners to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in project management, some supervisory experience, and rigging knowledge, plus strong communication and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in Project Management.
• 1 year experience in Supervisory Capacity.
• 1-3 years Rigging experience.
• Knowledge of project estimation, including time and materials, and WBS development; PM software; logistics planning; reading drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support, oversee and manage project activities and risks; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight across the organization, including in the field.
• Collaborate with departments and external partners to meet client expectations and compliance.
• Define dependencies and critical paths, assess risks, and build profitable proposals.
• Manage costs and invoices; ensure timely approvals per contract specifications.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities through proposals and referrals.
• Discharge standards that meet or exceed industry best practices.
